In recent years, the litigation landscape has seen the rise of International Commercial Courts (ICommCs) to adjudicate complex and cross-border commercial cases. Yet, despite their rapid spread worldwide, ICommCs remain relatively unknown outside the small circle of dispute resolution practitioners, lawyers, and students who have specifically studied them. This project aims to contribute to greater awareness of ICommCs and the many legal implications they bring.

This landing page also serves as a repository, offering a starting point for research on the topic. Although we aim to make it comprehensive, it is not (and probably never will be) complete, as materials on ICommCs continue to grow daily.

Hi! I am Angelo and I am currently a fifth-year law student. I am passionate about international dispute resolution, especially (as you may guess) international litigation. While working on my thesis project about the ICommCs, I noted a big gap in divulgation on this topic, so I decided to create the page to raise awareness.
